Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bone density by facilitating the transport of calcium from the blood to the bones.

Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule, preferably with a meal, with sufficient water.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet should be maintained. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of this product.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 MSE should not be taken at the same time as substances that inhibit blood clotting (e.g. coumarins, synthetic coumarin derivatives).
