For a contract involving multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

For products and (fruit and vegetables) and products handled refrigerated, a return is possible if it turns out after the return that the product is impaired or damaged.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
