 a. Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

All orders are handed over to our logistics providers ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Usually, your order leaves our warehouse within 48 hours for household quantities. 

We ship with UPS and DHL. 

You will receive your tracking number after shipment.

We are highly committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. However, if your order quantity is not a typical household amount, we will order these items separately for you. If your order is affected by this, we will inform you by email and provide you with a timeframe for the expected delivery.

If you have selected prepayment/bank transfer as the payment method, please note that we can only process and ship your order after full payment has been received.
