Instructions for use:

Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-2 pump volumes, or alternatively, after consulting your doctor. Recommended daily dose for children over 1 year: 1 pump volume, or alternatively, after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can use this product after consulting a doctor. This product is not intended for people with individual intolerance to any of the ingredients. One pump press contains 140 µl of the product (1000 IU of vitamin D). This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
