Tri-Fiber Complex 100 Capsules SWANSON

This complex of three natural fibers regulates the digestive system, supports weight loss, reduces lipid absorption, lowers cholesterol levels, and reduces fluctuations in serum sugar.
Eggplant helps stimulate intestinal peristalsis. Oat bran shortens intestinal transit time and prevents constipation.
Apple pectin, in turn, stimulates the growth of probiotic strains.

INGREDIENTS
Psyllium powder, oat bran, apple pectin powder, capsule shell: gelatin, rice flour, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide

METHOD OF USE
Take two capsules twice daily with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
