Storage Preparation Instructions Method: - 700g powder - 0.5l water - 0.5l heavy cream (30% fat) Place the water and heavy cream in a bowl, add the powder, and mix briefly. Blend thoroughly with a mixer at low speed for 1 minute, then continue mixing at high speed for 4 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
