The common frog is a plant of the bristle family that occurs in the wild throughout most of central and southern Europe, including Poland. The raw material is the root and the leaves. Teeth were used in natural medicine in the 12th century, mainly to treat gout, arthritis and rheumatism. Currently, this plant is an excellent support for people who come into contact with ticks. The leaves and roots of the common bristle are rich in active ingredients with bacteriostatic, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and immune-stimulating properties.
