Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is often used for strengthening. The eleuterosides it contains are responsible for its numerous health-promoting properties. It is especially recommended for people with increased mental strain, such as students during exams, people with strenuous mental work, and those suffering from overexertion. Regular use of
helps reduce feelings of fatigue and improve concentration.

Ingredients: ground Siberian ginseng root
( Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim.) - 100%

Application : 0.5 teaspoon (1.0 g) of ground Siberian ginseng root for 1 cup of boiling water (150 ml).
Cover and let stand for 45 minutes. Drain. Drink the infusion once or in divided portions throughout the day. Recommended daily dose: 1.0 g

Note: Do not use for longer than 2 months. This product is not intended for people with arterial hypertension, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 12 years of age.
