DESCRIPTION

Young barley juice in powder form, intended for consumption as a natural food supplement. The product is characterized by its high content of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and vitamin B1. It is also a source of fiber. Juice extraction and slow drying at a temperature of approximately 30°C preserve all of its valuable properties. The young stems and leaves also contain vitamin C and chlorophyll, which help strengthen the immune system. Powdered barley grass juice can be used to make a nutritious drink by pouring it over cool water or adding the powder to fruit smoothies, vegetable juices, and salads.
