The formula includes a complex of BCAAs, three long-chain amino acids: leucine, valine, and isoleucine, as well as compounds such as lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, arginine, histidine, and tryptophan. Dissolve one 10g serving (1.5 scoops) in 200ml of water. On training days, consume one serving before meals or training and a second serving after training. On non-training days, consume one serving between two meals.
