Organic Spirulina is grown and processed in South India, away from industrial and agricultural areas. Immaculately clean groundwater is used for cultivation. The production facility is certified according to ISO 22000 and ISO 9001. It is the only organic Spirulina certified by the American Pharmacopoeia.

The CLEAN and RAW certificates confirm that the product is minimally processed and contains a high level of bioavailable nutrients and is safe.

Organic spirulina has been tested for PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) for over four years. PAH levels are at least five times lower than the limits set by Naturland. This is primarily due to state-of-the-art cultivation and processing methods, the highest quality raw materials, our own quality management system, and the favorable location of the production facility.

The manufacturer regularly tests for pesticide and herbicide content in Eurofins laboratories. The results of these tests indicate that the product meets certain requirements.

Organic spirulina is cultivated in open pools. It is one of the richest sources of phycocyanin (15-19%), chlorophyll, carotenoids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
