Odorless liquid MCT oil.

DESCRIPTION :

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that occur naturally in coconut and palm oil. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and very rapidly metabolized by the liver, where they are thought to promote the use of fat for storage instead of energy.

COMPOSITION:

Medium chain triglycerides (MCT).

APPLICATION :

1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) daily

MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or as a source of beneficial fatty acids in cooking. Not recommended for frying at low boiling points.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. MCT oil may cause gastrointestinal problems. To reduce these effects, take the product with a meal.

Store in a dry and cool place out of reach of small children.
