Margarine Benecol classic Raisio 400g

Benecol contains unique plant stanols that effectively lower cholesterol levels. Perfect for spreading on bread. Contains 90% less saturated fat than butter. Thanks to vegetable oils, it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Plant stanol esters have been proven to lower blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a risk factor for developing coronary heart disease. 30 g is the recommended daily serving of the product, which contains 2 g of plant stanols. The effect of reducing cholesterol by 7–10% is achieved within 2–3 weeks of use when consuming 1.5–2.4 g of plant stanols per day, i.e., 3–4 slices of spread with Benecol.
