According to herbal literature, lavender is one of the most well-known and longest-known herbs; its beautiful, sweet scent has scented trunks, linen closets, wardrobes, and living rooms for centuries. Sleeping in lavender-scented bedding has a relaxing and soothing effect, positively impacting the nervous system and facilitating our attainment of harmony and tranquility.
It also has air-disinfecting and anti-inflammatory properties. Lavender can be used as an insect repellent, for example, against moths. In many countries, it is a staple herb in every household.
Application: Add 1 teaspoon of lavender herb to a glass of boiling water and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. You can drink it without restrictions.
