Pumpkin seed oil has a rich nutty flavor and is dark green in color. It is obtained by pressing raw seeds. It contains unsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic, oleic and palmitoleic acid, as well as squalene and phytosterols. It also contains carotenoids, which are a source of provitamin A. It contains a high content of polyunsaturated fats. A daily dose of 5 ml contains 1.2 g oleic acid (omega-9) and 2.42 g linoleic acid (omega-6).

APPLICATION
1 teaspoon once a day (5 ml) directly or as an addition to salads or other dishes. Use cold only.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry, cool and dark place at temperatures of up to 20° C. It crystallizes at temperatures below ten degrees Celsius, which does not affect the nutritional value of the oil. Once opened, refrigerate, consume up to three months after opening. Keep out of reach of small children.
