DESCRIPTION:

Organic cumin oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa . Gentle cold pressing and subsequent filtration produce a clear, brownish oil with an aromatic fragrance and spicy flavor. Organic nigella oil contains a high proportion of biologically active polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 10 grams. This corresponds to 20 grams of cumin oil. Organic cumin oil can be consumed directly or combined with salads and other cold appetizers. It's not just the excellent properties of the oil that offer benefits, but also the wonderful flavor of cumin.
