An infusion of Christmas tree herb improves digestion. Mugwort herb is used for flatulence, excessive belching, or loss of appetite. The decoction can also be applied externally to wash damaged skin.
INGREDIENTS
100% dried, ground mugwort herb
Artemisia abrotanum L.
APPLICATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of herbs into 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes and strain.
Drink 1/4-1/3 cups 3-4 times daily 30 minutes before meals.
3g of mugwort herb (1 tablespoon of the product) is the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place, protected from light.
