Clover blossom tea

Clover flower tea is especially recommended for women over 40. It helps them manage the symptoms of menopause: hot flashes, excessive sweating, restlessness, and irritability. The tea increases the elasticity and strength of blood vessels and normalizes blood pressure.

Preparation and storage:
Cover 1 tablespoon of clover blossoms with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes. Drink the freshly prepared infusion up to 3 times daily. Store in a dry place.
