Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a vitamin-like compound that plays a key role in energy production in cells. CoQ10 is found throughout the body but is particularly concentrated in the heart, liver, and kidneys, and its production decreases with age. CoQ10 acts as a potent free radical scavenger in cell membranes and also in blood vessels. Years of scientific research have shown that CoQ10 helps maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

NOW® CoQ10 is of pharmaceutical grade. NOW CoQ10 products contain only trans-form CoQ10, which is produced through fermentation.

Ingredients:

Capsule component: bovine gelatin; coenzyme Q10 (trans-ubiquinone), virgin olive oil, antioxidant (mixed tocopherols), emulsifier (sunflower seed lecithins), capsule component: glazing agent (glycerin); thickener (silicon dioxide), capsule component: color (caramel).

Recommended intake:

1-2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
