INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
Linden and yarrow support the respiratory system. Lime also supports the immune system.
The blends are made from specially selected, high-quality and hand-packed ingredients

PREPARATION
Pour one heaped teaspoon (2 g) of tea into a glass of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times daily.
