Grain coffee spelled ORGANIC 100 g - MOUNT HAGEN

Spelt coffee tastes almost identical to its traditional counterpart, but is much healthier than it. This spelt substitute for regular coffee is caffeine-free, yet still stimulating, supports brain function, and is an excellent source of carbohydrates. Spelt coffee is safe for children, the elderly, nursing mothers, and pregnant women. This aromatic, tarry black liquid is made from ground and roasted spelt, which is then poured over boiling water and is one of the most nutrient-dense grains. Spelt coffee is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins A, B, C, D, and E, and minerals such as copper, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, selenium, and manganese. Freshly brewed spelt coffee is an excellent way to start the day.
