Siberian ginseng is a plant native to Northeast Asia that has been known in Chinese culture for 2,000 years. Although eleuthero is not related to ginseng (Panax ginseng), the name 'Siberian ginseng' has become established due to the similar properties of the two plants. Eleuthero is primarily used as an adaptogen. It counteracts fatigue and stress and increases physical and mental performance. In Russia, Siberian ginseng is used to stimulate the immune system and is used by local athletes for its endurance-enhancing properties. Eleuthero is also used to improve memory, as a recovery aid, and as an energy booster.

INGREDIENTS
Eleuthero, capsule shell: gelatin, white color: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

APPLICATION
Two capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
