DESCRIPTION
Dogwood has been a well-known plant for centuries. Its tasty and healthy fruits were once used to make teas, tinctures, and jams, among other things. For generations, the plant has also been valued in folk medicine for its contribution to maintaining heart health.
PREPARATION
Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 tea bag, cover, and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
Drink twice daily.
