Dietary supplement, manufactured in the Polish production facility of Aura Herbals. The preparation was tested in an independent laboratory unit, J.S. Hamilton, to guarantee the highest quality and safety of the product.

INGREDIENTS:

Creatine monohydrate.

APPLICATION:

Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water. Mix thoroughly and consume.

CONTRANDICATIONS:

Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.Daily intake of creatine may enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age. Positive effects occur with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in combination with strength training that allows for a gradual increase in load and should be performed at least three times weekly for several weeks with a training intensity of at least 65-75% of the one-repetition maximum. The product is intended for adults over 55 years of age who regularly engage in strength training. The one-repetition maximum refers to the maximum weight a person can lift in a single repetition or the maximum force they can exert.
