from Morocco. Obtained by cold-pressing unroasted argan nuts

Argan oil is characterized by:
- high content of unsaturated fats
(81g / 100g),
- high content of monounsaturated fats
(47g / 100g) ,
- the presence of plant sterols, i.e. spinasterol (approx. 42%) and
Podol (approx. 46%)

It helps to reduce saturated fats
to replace with unsaturated fats in the diet to maintain the correct cholesterol level
in the blood (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are fats

Argan oil from unroasted argan nuts has a distinct,
very characteristic taste and smell. Since it is a 100%
natural product, the intensity of the taste, color and smell of the oil may

the taste of the dish. Oil heating is not recommended.
