Starch, hop cones - 50 mg/tablet, lemon balm leaf - 50 mg/tablet, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Consumption, the daily dose of the product is: hop cones - 200 mg and lemon balm leaves - 200 mg

Purpose of use:
This product complements your daily diet. Lemon balm relieves anxiety, irritability, and mental tension, and aids sleep.
Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system and are helpful for sleeplessness.

Use:
It is recommended to take 2 tablets twice daily. Rinse with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product. Taking excessive amounts may produce a laxative effect.
