Use : Fill the teaspoon included in the pack with the product up to the line marked 4 (allows you to measure 0.7 g of cistus herb) and pour the measured product over a cup of boiling water. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes. Drink the infusion prepared in this way once a day. 0.7 g is his daily dose.
