Cistus incantus, also known as rockrose, grows in magnesium-rich soils in southern Europe. Its evergreen bushes grow to about 1 meter tall. It has delicate flowers with crinkly petals and a pleasant resinous scent. Cistus contains polyphenols with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antihistamine, antioxidant, anticoagulant, and anticoagulant properties. Cistus tea is used for its properties and is helpful in treating colds, viral and bacterial infections, combating acne, allergies, and boosting the body's immunity.
The cleaning
may cause a slight feeling of dry mouth; this is the effect of antiviral ingredients. P

Preparation method:
Pour 1 teaspoon of rockrose leaves into a cup of water, cover, and let steep for about 10 minutes, then strain. Drink in small sips over a period of about two hours, preferably in the evening. Honey and lemon can be added.
