DESCRIPTION

Cinnamonum cassia is native to China and cultivated in Southeast and South Asia. The bark of the tree is used as cinnamon—a well-known spice. Cinnamon and Ceylon cinnamon have similar properties, except that cassia also contains coumarins and, to a lesser extent, eugenol—compounds found in cinnamon bark. Cinnamon works well as a digestive aid, prevents flatulence, and increases nutrient absorption. Cinnamon also helps control blood sugar levels and normalize glucose levels. It also has antioxidant properties, meaning it neutralizes the effects of free radicals.

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon extract, capsule shell: gelatin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: calcium salts of fatty acids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
