The cinnamon tree (Cinnamonum cassia) is native to China and cultivated in Southeast and South Asia. The bark of the tree is used as cinnamon—a commonly known spice. Cinnamonum cassia and Ceylon cinnamon have similar properties, except that cassia contains additional coumarins and less eugenol—compounds found in cinnamon bark. Cinnamon aids digestion, prevents bloating, and improves nutrient absorption. Cinnamon also contributes to blood sugar control and normalizes blood sugar levels. It also has antioxidant properties, meaning it neutralizes the effects of free radicals.

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon extract, capsule shell: gelatin, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: calcium salts of fatty acids.

METHOD OF TAKING
