Goat's milk has a composition similar to human milk, a white, cloudy liquid. This white, highly nutritious emulsion, obtained from domestic goats specially bred for its production, is high in vitamins A, D, C, and group B, as well as minerals such as magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, selenium, and calcium. Due to its lower content of allergenic casein protein and lactose, goat's milk is recommended for children and those allergic to cow's milk. Goat's milk is high in amino acids responsible for cell regeneration and the regulation of the body's endocrine system, including a high content of whey protein, which is more beneficial to health. Goat's milk contains less fat than cow's milk and is also characterized by a slightly sour milk, the so-called goat flavor.
