METHOD OF PREPARATION AND STORAGE:
Recommended daily intake: Dissolve 1 1/2 scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink as a beverage, or add to food. Consume three times a day. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature and out of reach of children.

WARNINGS AND INFORMATION:
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effects occur with a daily intake of 12 g of inulin. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet.
