DESCRIPTION
The name of this Yerba Mate comes from the Argentinian city of María Juana.
Yerba Mate is a traditional Indian stimulant drink. It contains mateine ​​(caffeine), antioxidants, vitamins, and mineral salts. It has antioxidant properties and provides energy. Yerba Mate can be brewed up to 10 times, drawing a little of its potency each time.

PREPARATION
PREPARATION : Pour dry tea into a container (preferably a tea strainer) to fill two-thirds of its volume. Insert the bombilla (filter tube). Pour over water at approximately 80°C. Wait 10 minutes; don't mix it up! For beginners, we recommend brewing a much smaller amount (three tablespoons). For example, one brew per day is sufficient to achieve the described effects.
