INGREDIENTS
Yerba Mate (Paraguayan holly) * 80%, hawthorn fruit, hop cones, lemon balm (* from certified organic cultivation)

DESCRIPTION
Yerba Mate is a blend of Paraguayan holly and specially selected ingredients known for their relaxing properties.
Yerba Mate gives you vitality and energy, while hawthorn, lemon balm and hops are described in the literature as stress relievers and aids in sleep problems.
It is a perfect blend to relax after a hard day at work.

PREPARATION
Pour dry material (preferably matero) into the vessel so that it fills 2/3 of its volume.
Insert the tube with the filter. Pour water at approximately 80°C over it. Wait 10 minutes; do not stir!
For beginners, we recommend brewing a much smaller amount (30g), e.g. in one brewing unit, this amount per day is sufficient to achieve the described effects.
