DESCRIPTION
Yerba Mate Curitiba slim is a blend of Paraguayan holly and herbs that support digestion. Paraguayan holly improves metabolism, chamomile regulates and facilitates digestion and also relieves gastrointestinal discomfort. Thyme supports digestion and helps with gastrointestinal discomfort. An excellent offering for those who care about their shape and health. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
PREPARATION
Pour dry tea (10-50 g) into a container (preferably a matero) to fill 2/3 of its volume, insert a bombilla (a tube with a filter). Add water at a temperature of about 80°C and wait 10 minutes. Don't mix!
Beginners are advised to brew a much smaller amount (three tablespoons), e.g. in a brewing unit; this amount per day is sufficient to achieve the described effects.
