Yerba mate can be brewed in many ways. It's prepared differently in Argentina or Brazil, and differently in Paraguay or the Middle East. Just as there's no single correct way to brew coffee or tea, mate is most commonly prepared and consumed in a wooden or earthenware pot (though sometimes other materials are used). You also need to use the bombilla.
INGREDIENTS
Yerba Mate * 100% (* certified organic ingredient)
PREPARATION
And PREPARATION wise:
Add 1 teaspoon of Yerba Mate to a glass of hot water (approx. 80⁰C) and let it steep, covered, for approx. 10-15 minutes.
2. PREPARATION START:
Place the bombilla in the container. Pour yerba mate ½ to ¾ of its volume. Pour hot, but not boiling, water over the dry tea.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place.
