Triphala - a complex of Ayurvedic herbs

Triphala is a combination of three standardized Ayurvedic herbs: Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, and Terminalia bellerica, which have a synergistic effect. They have a positive effect on the health of the digestive tract and support digestion. They also have a number of beneficial properties.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
Also known as Mandel Chebula:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 capsule twice daily. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
