A good method for preparing yerba mate is to boil 200g of mate, strain it through a sieve, and use such a homemade extract along with mineral water, ice, and juice.

Yerba Mate with pineapple flavor. Ingredients: Yerba mate (Ilex Paraguariensis) 94%, mint 3%, pineapple flavor 3%.

Preparation and storage:

Pour 1/4 to 3/4 of the container's volume (approximately 150-200 ml) over the dried product and fill with 70-80°C hot water. The same dried product can be poured over several times until its flavor is lost. Pour ice water over the dried product. Store in a dry place in an airtight container.
