Grilling is great fun and a great way to prepare delicious and healthy meals outdoors. Meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables cooked on the grill or over an open fire acquire a unique flavor and aroma. To enhance the flavor, you can add juniper berries or walnut shells to the embers. On the other hand, it is recommended to sprinkle the dish itself with Grill Herb Seasoning for grilled dishes, a specially formulated blend of herbs and spices. These include, among others: black pepper, allspice, marjoram, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, sage, savory, mustard, coriander, onions, and garlic. Thanks to its coarse texture, the mixture gives the dish an attractive appearance. To distribute the meat before and during cooking, we recommend preparing a herb pickle based on our seasoning.
