Kutia is one of the most popular Christmas dishes, a Slavic tradition on the Christmas Eve table. A traditional dish of Ukrainian, Lithuanian, and Belarusian cuisine, it is a combination of wheat and poppy seeds with nuts and dried fruits, sweetened with honey.
A 500g pack contains 10 portions of 50g each.

PREPARATION
Rinse the groats in plenty of water. Then add them to boiling salted water and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring regularly. When the groats are tender, let them stand, covered, for 5 minutes. The ratio of porridge to water should be 1:2. Combine the cooked wheat with the poppy seeds, dried fruit, and honey.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.
