APPLICATION
To heat the hot water bottle, place the stone cartridge in the microwave (600 W for up to 2 minutes) or in the oven (100°-120° C for approximately 20 minutes). For a cold compress, place the cartridge in the freezer (approximately 30-40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of cherry stones, the hot or cold water bottle can be applied directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.
