INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

For use in aromatherapy. For all other uses , dilute thoroughly with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil before use. Consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for recommended dilution ratios.
