USE
With water:
Children 4-6 years old, one capsule daily,
Children 7-13 years old, two capsules daily,
Children 14+ three capsules daily

Note: ViridiKid capsules are very small and easy to swallow. They can also be split in two, and if necessary, the capsule can be opened and poured into a meal, juice, or smoothie for children.
