Holistic BenStark is a complex of vitamins and minerals in a single supplement. Vitamins K2 and D3 are synergistic substances that affect our body. Their spectrum of activity is broad. Vitamin D3 is produced in the body under sunlight, but is often deficient in our climate. It is responsible for calcium and phosphorus balance in the body. Vitamin K2 has a positive effect on blood clotting. Together with vitamin D, it contributes to the creation and restoration of healthy, strong bones and teeth. The magnesium content helps reduce fatigue, maintain electrolyte balance, keep bones and teeth strong, and support the muscular system and mental function. Zinc influences all basic life processes. Among other things, it is involved in the mineralization of the skeletal system, influences the functioning of the immune system, and regulates the amount of vitamin A. Boron influences our concentration, increases reaction time, memory, and improves motor coordination. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism – it influences the activation of enzymes involved in the conversion of sugar, fats and proteins and supports the maintenance of proper sugar levels.
