Vitamins K2 and D3 are synergistic fat-soluble compounds. Our supplement contains the best, natural forms of these vitamins – menaquinone-7, derived from fermented soybeans with natto (MK-7), and cholecalciferol, derived from lanolin (sheep's wool). Compounds of natural origin exhibit the greatest bioavailability. Both vitamins perform important functions in the body, but their symbiotic effect on the skeletal system is most valued. Providing vitamins K and D together minimizes the risk of the so-called calcium paradox, a situation in which calcium does not reach the bones and teeth.
Vitamin D has many beneficial properties that influence the proper functioning of the body. It is the first ingredient involved in the proper absorption of calcium.
