Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones and contributes to proper blood clotting.
Vitamin D helps in the proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining proper blood calcium levels. Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and teeth
and helps in the proper functioning of muscles.

Since vitamins K and D are fat-soluble substances, the capsules contain oil that contributes to their function and absorption.

Use 1 capsule once a day. The maximum daily dose is 1 capsule.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
