INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule daily with food and
Wash down with water. Do not exceed the recommended portions for consumption during the day. The product
cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet
The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Attention! The maximum amount of vitamin D in food supplements for
healthy adults up to 75 years is 2000 IU (50 µg) per day,
while in supplements for healthy individuals over 75 it is 4000 IU (100 µg) daily.
