Vitamin D3 capsules provide this vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid soft capsule form.
The body normally obtains its vitamin D primarily through skin synthesis under the influence of sunlight and, to a much lesser extent, from food. The vitamin D content in a typical Polish diet is low and definitely not sufficient to meet an adult's vitamin needs.
Due to Poland's geographical latitude, vitamin D3 supplementation is recommended year-round. It's especially important to maintain adequate vitamin D3 levels during the months of October to April, as this is a time of low sunlight in Poland.

INGREDIENTS
Vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol obtained with lanolin, olive oil and softgel capsules (gelatin, glycerin, water).
