DESCRIPTION :

NOW Foods Vitamin D3 capsules provide this important vitamin in a highly absorbable, liquid softgel form. Normally, the body absorbs vitamin D through food or it is produced in the skin by exposure to UV radiation from the sun. However, its levels in foods are not high. As more and more people avoid sun exposure, supplementation becomes necessary to provide the body with an adequate dose of vitamin D.

COMPOSITION:

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), bovine gelatin, glycerin, virgin olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a meal and a glass of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
