NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Capsules provide this vitamin, an essential vitamin, in a highly absorbable, liquid softgel form. Normally, the body absorbs vitamin D from food or it is formed in the skin by exposure to UV rays from the sun. However, its content in food is not high. As more people avoid sun exposure, supplementation becomes necessary to provide the body with an adequate dose of vitamin D.

COMPOSITION:

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), bovine gelatine, glycerin, olive oil from the first pressing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a meal and a glass of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
